Bagaimana solusi cara mengatasi kertas macet pada printer Canon ip 2770, Canon MP258, Canon ip 1880, Canon ip 1980? Ketika kita sedang ngeprint tiba-tiba kertas nyangkut atau macet di dalam printer tersebut. Masalah ini sering terjadi, meskipun proses cetak bertinjauan, tetapi tinjauannya kertas cetakan akan menjadi kotor.

Kertas yang macet atau nyangkut pada printer biasa ini disebut dengan paper jam, kondisi ini biasanya dapat terjadi dikarenakan tumpukan kertas yang terlalu tebal dibagian paper try printer, Karet pendorong yang tidak dapat mendorong kertas atau masalah kertas macet ini disebabkan oleh jenis kertas yang mudah menempel satu dengan lainnya. Ada sesuatu benda asing yang masuk di dalam printer, Dan kemungkinan juga bisa disebabkan oleh roller pada printer yang sudah aus.

Untuk tips mencegah kertas nyangkut di printer Canon dapat dilakukan dengan membatasi tebal tumpukan kertas sesuai dengan kapasitas yang didukung oleh printer tersebut. Sebelum dipasang pada paper try, ada baiknya kertas dikibas-kibaskan terlebih dahulu agar kertas tidak saling menempel. Serta tips untuk mencegah kertas macet atau nyangkut yang lainnya adalah hindarkan dari debu dan sering dibersihkan.

Cara mengeluarkan kertas yang nyangkut di printer

Jika printer Canon telah mengalami masalah kertas macet atau nyangkut maka yang harus kita lakukan adalah menekan tuas yang tersedia untuk menetralkan roller yang menjepit kertas tersebut, selanjutnya adalah tarik kertas yang menyangkut pada printer secara perlahan, kemudian kembalikan tuas tersebut ke posisi semula.
